A video of Dr. Chike Akunyili buying a woman’s entire wheelbarrow of plantain to support her has been shared online days after his murder in Anambra.

 

The video was shared by one of his daughters, Chidiogo Akunyili Parr.

 

She explained that her father was on his way home when he saw the woman but he didn’t have cash so he continued home, took some money, and returned to buy her entire wheelbarrow of plantain.

 

 

Chidiogo said seeing the video helps lessen the load of her family’s grief.
