[News] Actress Kate Hudson engaged to longtime boyfriend, Danny Fujikawa

Actress Kate Hudson is engaged to her longtime boyfriend and baby daddy, Danny Fujikawa.

The 42-year-old actress announced her engagement on the evening of Monday September 13, with a photo of her and Danny kissing on a cliff overlooking a beach. The photo came with the caption “Let’s go!”.

The Almost Famous star and the musician who met through Hudson’s friends Sara and Erin Foster, who are also Danny’s stepsisters, welcomed their first child and daughter together, Rani Rose in October 2018.

Commenting on the their connection while on The Talk in December 2017, the actress said;

 “We’ve known each other for 15 years; he’s my best friend’s stepbrother. We kinda skipped through the part of knowing what the hiccups were. You kinda skip the part of going, ‘Oh, you’re like that?'”

Hudson also revealed that while they’ve always known each other, the timing was never right as he was younger than her and she was “building a family and working very hard.”
