[News] APC VP candidate, Kashim Shettima, refers to Peter Obi as comedy character, Giringori

APC Vice Presidential candidate, Kashim Shettima, has referred to the Labour party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi, as comedy character, Giringori.

 

Shettima stated this at a political meeting recently. In a video making the rounds on social media, Shettima could be heard saying

”Peter Giringori Obi. I call him Giringori. Giringori is my play but Giringori has absolutely nothing to offer apart from dubious statistics”

 

Giringori was a character in the now-rested TV series, New Masquerade, played by veteran actor James Iroha, who died in 2012.
