Filmmaker Ugezu Ugezu is of the opinion that the Igbo extraction began recognizing the role of women in the labor force even before the western countries began to recognise their women.

 

In a post shared on his Instagram page, Ugezu averred that Igbos have never sidelined women and that Igbo women have always been very powerful.
