A video showing the moment NDLEA officers came under gunfire attack in an ambush by armed hoodlums protecting illicit drug warehouses in Opuje forest, Edo State, has been shared online.

 

The spokesperson of the anti-drug agency, Femi Babafemi, who shared the video said the NDLEA officers were able to overpower the assailants after two hours of gunfight. Three NDLEA officers were badly injured while one just had brain surgery.
