Activist Oluyemi Fasipe has narrated how a Pastor allegedly sought for withdrawal of a lawsuit against man who sexually assaulted his 8-year-old daughter after secretly collecting N200k from the accused.

Fasipe said the Pastor who told him that God asked him to withdraw the case, was exposed by security operatives who told him (Fasipe) that he has collected part payment of the N200k settlement.

The activist added that the magistrate struck out application for withdrawal of the lawsuit, insisting that the case must be heard.
