A former aide to the immediate past Cross River State Governor, Inok Solomon, has said that the African culture which says that a child born during a marriage belongs to the husband, even if he is not the biological father, is a protective shield for impotent men.

 

“The African Culture that say, ‘any child by a woman belong to the husband during their period of marriage’ is a protective shield for impotent men.” he wrote in a Facebook post on Tuesday, November 21.
