[News] Third world countries import first world social problems in their bid to catch up to western powers – Twitter user

A British Twitter user has alleged that third world countries import first world social problems in their bid to catch up and become as developed and prosperous as the western powers they look up to.

@TellYourSonThis however noted that what these third world countries forget is that when those western powers came to prominence, civil rights movements weren’t even a thing.

He further stated that these countries are importing the social dysfunctions of a declining post-religious, low trust, low morality civilization with a broken family unit, diluted culture and an obsession with money.

They are importing the social dysfunctions of a declining post-religious, low trust, low morality civilization with a broken family unit, diluted culture and an obsession with money. They copy not empire builders, but spoilt children who squandered a great inheritance.

At least the west got to enjoy a time of great prosperity, before being plagued by the social ills that befall it today. It would be a great shame for a nation to never meet its potential, simply because it imported such social ills before it could even really get going.
