The organizers of the 2021 Selfmade Woman Conference powered by Ecobank are proud to unveil some of the amazing women who will be speaking at the conference on June 19.

Tara Fela-Durotoye

 

Tara Fela-Durotoye is Africa’s leading beauty and makeup entrepreneur. She launched Nigeria’s first ever bridal directory in 1999, and in 2004 she opened the country’s leading beauty academy. Today, Tara has over 3,000 reps spread across Nigeria and several stores to her name.

 

In 2020, Tara made the list of “The Top 50 Most Powerful Women In Africa” on Forbes Woman Africa.

Dr Ola Brown

 

Dr Ola Brown is the founder of the Flying Doctors Healthcare Investment Company (FDHIC). The FDHIC invests and operates across the African healthcare and wellness value chain in hospital/clinic construction & refurbishment, diagnostics and equipment, health facility management, pharmaceutical retail, drug manufacturing, air ambulance services & logistics and consulting/healthcare technology.

 

Dr. Ola is an international speaker who has spoken at the TED global conference, the European Union, the Swiss Economic Forum, the UN, the World Bank, the World Economic Forum, the World Health Organisation, etc.

Dr. Nancy Nnadi

 

Dr. Nancy Nnadi: From paying her way through school with a meagre ?3000 she was earning as an office assistant, Nancy Nnadi has since evolved into the CEO of a multi-million Naira business, a telecoms distribution company, Agunancy Nig. Ltd (aka Gidco Telecoms), which she founded 14 years ago.

 

An award-winning serial entrepreneur, Nancy Nnadi is also the founder of JobconnectNG Consulting Limited, Agunancy Multipurpose Co-operative Society Limited, and The Nancy Nnadi Company.
